Troy L. Bell, O.D.

I am a graduate of Indiana University-School of Optometry and have been in practice in Poplar Bluff for over 14 years.  I am therapeutically licensed to diagnose and treat various ocular diseases.  I am involved in the mission efforts of Fellowship of Christian Optometrists; in providing eye care to third world countries.  I love my practice here and am devoted to my patients eye care.  My wife, Shelley, and I have five children... Jonathan, Sara, Taryn, Ella, and Anna.

Certified Optician/Office Manager

I began working at Dr. Bell's Family Eye Care in the beginning, June 2000.  I have enjoyed watching and being a part of the growth of a wonderful practice.  I have been in the optical field for 16 years. I enjoy going to church at Harviell Church of Christ. My husband Rick and I reside in Poplar Bluff.  We have two children, Scott and Ashley and five grandchildren, Timothy, Gracie, Wyatt, Chase and Izzy Jo.

Linda Winter, A.B.O. Certified, Optician

I have been working in the optical field for 16 years. I am a fashion frame consultant and lens designer with all intent of fitting our patients in the best pair of glasses possible.  I reside in Doniphan with my husband Paul Dean and daughter, Kayla.  I enjoy horseback riding and computers.

Cheryl Baker, Optician

I joined Dr. Bell's staff in March 2007. I enjoy working with patients and helping them in their eyewear choices. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and working in the yard. I live here in Poplar Bluff with my daughter Ciera where we attend the First Baptist Church.

Dawn Freeman, Optical Tech.

I started working as Dr. Bell's optical tech in 2007. I conduct all the pre-screening, including visual fields, fundus photos, visual acuities and contact lens measurements. I enjoy my job and I am learning new techniques everyday. I live in Poplar Bluff with my husband Steve and have two awesome children, Landon and Molly. We enjoy traveling to softball games, watching movies and spending time outdoors.

Jamyle Bell, Billing Specialist

I joined Dr. Bell's Family Eyecare in October 2011. I am currently the billing specialist. I enjoy welcoming our patients into our office, with a great attitude and a smile on my face. I live on a farm at Lake Wappapello, with my family. I am married to Chad Bell who is a Fire Fighter in Poplar Bluff. We have one son, Chadyn, and another son, Weston, on the way! I enjoy spending time with my family on the farm.

Bruce Hanning, Lab Manager

I have worked at Dr. Bell's Family Eye Care since Jan. 2005.  I have over 25 years experience in the optical field.  I enjoy my work in the optical lab, especially making glasses in one hour.  In my free time, I like hunting, fishing and trapping. My wife, Karen, and I have two children, Ciera and Sean.
